Warranty Claims Portal

For a US customer, iNetFrame has developed a web portal to manage contracts and claims related to warranties on Telecom products. The portal has different modules to cover functions related to Sales & Marketing, Equipments, Dealers, Customers, Warranty Programs, and claims. This application is built on MS .NET framework using ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Reports.

Mobility Solution

For a UK based customer, iNetFrame has developed a mobility solution to track stolen vehicles. The application also has billing, registration, and various types of CRM services related to a range of services being provided based on membership levels. Application is being developed to use web services being provided an external telemetry service agency. This application is being built using Java, J2EE, Oracle 9i, and WebLogic 6.1.

Oracle Application Migration

For a Global Travel Agency, iNetFrame migrated their entire application from Oracle Forms 4.5 and Reports 3.0 to web platform involving Oracle 9iAS, Oracle Forms 9i and Oracle Reports 9i. This project also involved migration of database, stored procedures and packages to Oracle 9i. The project was successfully executed remotely from offshore using secured VPN connection to the customer’s server.

Microsoft .NET based Extranet Solution

iNetFrame has designed and developed an Extranet solution for a Office Furniture Manufacturing company based in Canada. This Extranet solution connects all the Sales Representatives, Dealers and Customer. It provides latest status of Orders, Projects, and fulfillment. It also provides a platform for launching various campaigns, surveys and polls. Technologies used are: Microsoft ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Windows 2000 and Crystal Reports

Project Management Tool

For a Singapore based Construction Company, developed a comprehensive project management and tracking application. The application covers different functional modules like Site Management, Sub-Contract Management, Time Management, Quality, Purchase & Inventory Management, and Project Completion. Developed using VB .NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2000 and Crystal Reports, the application supports distributed installations for Site Office and Head Office.

Offshore Development Center for a Property Management Product Company

iNetFrame provided product lifecycle management services involving design, development, maintenance and testing services for a US based Property Management Software company. The offshore team is self-contained in terms of design, coding, testing, DBA, Configuration & Build Management, System Administration skills. Technologies used are: Java, EJB, JSP, JMS, Oracle 8i/9i, Weblogic 6.1, Rational ClearQuest, Oracle 9iAS.

SMS Application Gateway

This is a product developed to help businesses to provide SMS based access to their employees, customers, vendors and partners. Typically, access to any enterprise application can be extended to mobile devices using this Application Gateway. SMS Gateway allows the Administrator to configure the different queries the users can send using SMS and how the query results have to be built and delivered. The product can support a pool of mobile devices to divide the load for inbound and outbound SMS messages. This product has been developed using Core Java, Hypersonic database, and can be connected to any ODBC compliant database for processing queries.

Web Reports

iNetFrame has been involved in developing web reports for a leading BPO company for Payroll and HR Management services. iNetFrame has delivered over 100 reports. The Web Reports have been developed using Actuate eReporting using Oracle 8i database on Sun Solaris platform.

MediSoft

MediSoft is a Medical Practice Management product, which implements some of the features of HIPAA. This product has been designed on a distributed model to utilize the power of server, clients, and Internet technologies. This product works on top of Internet Application System, an all-Java environment for developing and deploying applications to utilize the power of client devices. The MediSoft Product has been developed using Java, Swing, EJB, IBM WebSphere, MySQL, XML, Oracle 8i and Linux.

This contact management product works on top of Apsora’s Internet Application System, an all-Java environment for developing and deploying applications to utilize the power of client devices. The Contact Management Product has been developed using Java, Swing, EJB, IBM WebSphere, Oracle 8i and Linux.

Query Management System

This is a web-based employee self-service product (implemented as an ASP service) that provides Retirement Trust Information access to employees and administrator of Retirement Trusts of a company. Built for a HR Benefits Management company, it is already operational with over 50 member companies accessing information using secured logins. The product is built using Microsoft ASP, and Oracle 8i.
