HR Recruitment Tracker
This is a project that allows the HR department to track the entire recruitment cycle. Currently built for an IT company, the application can be customized for any other industry. The application also provides various performance indicators such as hiring hit ratios, performance of any particular channel of recruitment. The application is built using Java, JSP, Apache Tomcat Application Server and MS SQL Server.
Retirement Benefits Management
This is a complex product built for a BPO company that services its customers for HR, Payroll and Retirement Trust management solutions. The application handles multiple trusts like Provident Fund, Gratuity, Super-annuation and manages investments made by these trusts to provide guaranteed return to the trust members. The application is developed using Oracle 8i and Oracle Developer 2000.
Payroll Services Portal
For a HR BPO Services company, iNetFrame has developed a web portal to manage Flexible Benefits Plan as part of Payroll services. This portal is implemented as Employee Self Service and Application Service Provider model, helps in capturing inputs from employees about their deductions, savings and income tax plans. The system also helps to compute Income Tax dynamically so that employee can fine tune his options in the Flexible Pay Plan. The system also provides web access to the payslips for the employees and other payroll statements to the management group. This portal is built on MS .NET framework using ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS SQL Server 2000.
Employee Leasing Portal
iNetFrame has designed and developed a web portal for a leading Employee Leasing company. This portal covers functionality such as Candidate (Job Seeker) Registration, Resume management, Employer Registration, Employer Job postings, Auto/Manual Job Matching, Notifications to Candidates & Employer, Interview/Test Scheduling, Job Offer, Contracts, Performance Appraisals, etc. The Portal has been developed using Microsoft ASP, COM components, MS SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
