Office Storage Solution Product

For a large Office Storage Solution company in Canada, developed a Storage Design and Configuration Product. This product captures storage requirements from customers based on survey, and provides features for the Salesman to design a solution and provide a price quotation. The product has state-of-art graphic functions provided by integrating a 3rd party graphic tool, for designing cabinets, viewing and printing in different renderings. The product is built using Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. iNetFrame has also proposed migration to .NET platform for the web version of the product.

DMA Tools – Supply Chain Product

iNetFrame has designed and developed a web-based Supply Chain product based on vending machines that dispense industrial tools. The vending machines have smart card key readers and have Internet connectivity. Through this product, the inventory in each vending machine is controlled. The product allows automatic ordering of tools based on preset minimum stock levels. Pending orders and delivery status can be tracked remotely by the users and vendors. The product has been developed using Java, JSP, MySQL database, and Tomcat Apache server.

Sales Order Processing for Call Center

This is a re-engineering cum migration project for a leading Call Center in UK. The product, facilitates the Call Center to receive orders on the phone, record them, process them, handle payment and track fulfillment. Existing product developed on Borland C++ and Paradox, has been reengineered and migrated to Visual Basic, COM+, MS SQL Server 2000, Crystal Reports 8.5 and Windows 2000 Server.
